GAP-XR Announces the President Forum
Columbus, Ohio, October 6, 2026
The Global Association for Pediatric Extended Reality (GAP-XR) is pleased to announce the GAP-XR President Forum, a quarterly series featuring active pediatric XR researchers from around the world.
Launching Thursday, December 3, 2026, from 10:00–11:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time, the forum will showcase original research and encourage scientific dialogue and international collaboration, supporting GAP-XR’s mission to advance science, education, workforce development, and the safe, ethical, and equitable use of pediatric XR.
Each one-hour session will include:
- 25–30 minutes: An invited speaker’s presentation, emphasizing original pediatric XR research.
- 20 minutes: Dialogue between the speaker and Dr. Henry Xiang, Founder and Inaugural President of GAP-XR.
- 10 minutes: Audience Q&A.
Sessions will be recorded and published on the GAP-XR website for viewing worldwide. The forum will generally take place on Thursdays from 10:00–11:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time, with occasional adjustments to accommodate international speakers.
